Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Effective September 23, 2026

Alpha Mobility Networks ("Alpha", "we", "us") provides managed cellular connectivity and IT infrastructure services to businesses. This policy covers personal information we collect through this website, when you contact or book time with us, and when we deliver services to your organization. Our main office is at 55 Rowland Way #1052, Novato, CA 94945, United States.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us.

  • Contact and quote requests: name, email address, phone number, company, site location and whatever you write in the message.
  • Appointment booking: name, email, phone number, the time you choose and any notes you add.
  • Support requests: contact details and the content of your ticket, including attachments.
  • Customer accounts, quotes and invoices: business name, billing and service addresses, contacts and order history.
  • Payments: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Information collected when you use this website. Like most websites, our servers log your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. The site uses cookies that it needs to work, for example to keep a session, remember your language, protect forms against abuse and remember your light or dark display choice. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.

Information from the services we manage. To run and monitor connectivity for our customers, we process technical data about the equipment and lines we manage. This includes device and SIM identifiers (such as IMEI and ICCID), signal quality, data usage, uptime, IP addresses, configuration and the service address of each site. This data describes the customer's equipment, not the browsing content of people who use the connection. We do not inspect or sell the content of traffic that passes over a connection we manage. How we handle it is further defined in each customer's service agreement.

2. How we use it

  • To answer enquiries, prepare quotes and schedule site surveys and calls.
  • To deliver, monitor, support and bill the services you buy from us.
  • To provision data plans and equipment with our carrier and hardware partners.
  • To send service notices, such as outages, maintenance and billing.
  • To send occasional news about our services, only if you are a customer or have asked for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep our systems secure, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run our business systems on our behalf: Odoo (website, CRM, quoting, invoicing, helpdesk and scheduling), Google Workspace (email) and Stripe (payments). They may use it only to provide their service to us.
  • Wireless carrier and equipment partners, as far as they need it to activate, manage and support the lines and devices you buy through us. Carriers handle the data they hold under their own privacy policies.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
  • A successor business, if Alpha is merged or sold. The successor must continue to protect your information under this policy.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and prospect records for as long as the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards. We keep customer, order and invoice records for as long as you are a customer and for seven years after that, for tax and accounting purposes. We keep technical monitoring data for as long as needed to operate and troubleshoot the service, normally no more than 13 months. After that we delete information or make it anonymous.

5. How we protect it

Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it and protected by strong authentication. Data is encrypted in transit. Our business applications are hosted by established providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • stop sending you marketing email. You can also use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Email corporate@alpha-mn.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

California residents. California law gives you rights to know, delete, correct and limit the use of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not use sensitive personal information to profile anyone. You can exercise the other rights as described above, directly or through an authorized agent. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not.

Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across other websites or use advertising cookies, our site treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses and organizations. This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Links to other sites

This site may link to carrier, manufacturer and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page and, for customers, by email.
